Amy - Head of Sales Team

Amy

Amy has worked in the skincare industry for over 10 years, focusing on export business and helping global customers better understand skincare products, positioning, and practical use.

From the beginning of her career, Amy wanted to build knowledge beyond the sales side alone. She spent six months training closely with production and R&D teams to understand how formulas are developed, how raw materials are evaluated, and how products are manufactured on the production line. Even today, she regularly works with formulators on new projects, reviews product feedback, and stays connected to real production conditions, because she believes good skincare guidance should be based on how products are actually made, not just how they are marketed.

As the head of the sales team, Amy remains deeply involved in product feedback and communication between the market side and the development side. She keeps a simple daily skincare routine with the company’s own products, tests new launches herself, and also compares them with well-known brands to better understand texture, absorption, layering, comfort, and overall user experience. These insights help support clearer communication and more practical product refinement.

Skincare is also part of Amy’s daily family life. She encourages her husband and daughter to follow consistent and healthy skincare habits, and this everyday experience gives her a practical perspective on what is effective, what is realistic, and what people can actually maintain over time.

Note: Amy is not a medical professional. Her content is based on industry experience, product knowledge, and personal testing. For persistent or severe skin concerns, consulting a dermatologist is recommended.
